Payment

To secure your booking we require a non refundable deposit of 30%. This can be made by bank transfer in euro or sterling, or by credit card through our online booking system. When we receive this we will email you confirmation of your booking. We then send you a hard copy with details on how to reach us and some local tourist information.

The remainder of the rental fee is payable upon your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of a booking made in high and mid season that are less than 60 days before the due arrival date incurs the full cost of the reservation. We strongly advise guests to take out holiday insurance at the time of booking to cover for this eventuality.

Cancellations cam be made in low season without incurring a penalty. 

Accommodation

You can enter your accommodation from 16pm on the day of arrival (unless otherwise negotiated with us) We need you to leave the accommodation by 10am on the departure day to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

We do not take a security deposit from guests preferring to trust that our guests treat the accommodation with care and respect.

Liabilities

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for acts of omission of third parties which may prevent or disrupt a guests booking. The booking contract exists between us and our guest and is limited to the rental of the property and associated services only. The information and descriptions supplied here are believed to be accurate and offered in good faith.

Certain features or facilities may not be available from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control for which the we accept no liability. In addition no liability can be accepted by us for any injury, loss or damage to the Customer, any member of the Guests Party or any visitor to the rental property, arising out of or in connection with the use of the rental property or the pool. Guests must ensure that all Children are supervised at all times whilst in or around the pool.
