The property is set in 100 acres of land and nestles amidst a Mediterranean oak forest overlooking a virtually private valley with a view that stretches to the Terminillo mountain range. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking holidays and Umbrian tours with many beautiful locations and cultural visits within easy driving distance.

About the property

There are three renovated buildings on the complex, the farmhouse/villa and two charming cottages, which accommodate from 2-18 people. Each has been restored and decorated with a careful eye for simplicity, warmth and comfort with many original pieces of furniture and art work. The traditional Umbrian farmhouse and cottages can be rented separately or the whole property can be rented for exclusive use. It is ideal for family gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries and intimate secular weddings.
